The Clerk and Master serves the citizens through its administration of the
Chancery Court of Decatur County, Tennessee. Services available through the office include civil, probate, adoption, child support, and divorce adjudication.
The office also serves as the Clerk for the Juvenile Court of Decatur County.
The Honorable Ron Harmon serves as Chancellor for the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District and Elizabeth J. Carpenter has
held the position of Clerk and Master since 1988.
